manage your booking
To manage your booking through your account, make sure you have created an account. Once you have an account, login to your account. You can close that window once logged in.
Second, find your walk in the calendar.
Third, click View your Tickets.
Click Toggle Attendee Information to edit, and then update your tickets.
You cannot edit the date of your walk here. Please read our Booking and Refunds Policy for more information on changing the date of your walk.
If you did not create an account, then you need to get in touch with us to manage your booking. Please send us an email at [email protected] or use the form below. Please ensure you tell us the date and time of your walk. If the matter is urgent (e.g. within 48 hours of departure) then please call us on 0437 225 810.
